We provide you with the opportunity to opt-out of such communications from us by clicking the “unsubscribe” link at the bottom of each marketing e-mail. Please note that you may not opt-out of our service-related communications.

OTHER IMPORTANT INFORMATION

Users Under Twenty-One: Our Website is intended for users ages 21 and older only. Accordingly, we will not knowingly collect or use any personal information from those that we know to be under the age of 21. If we become aware of personal information in our database that was collected from a person under 21, we will delete such information.

Subject to certain limitations, the CCPA provides California consumers the right to request to know more details about the categories or specific pieces of personal information we collect (including how we use and disclose this information), to delete their personal information, to opt out of any “sales” that may be occurring, and to not be discriminated against for exercising these rights.
